Do you accept custom and personalized orders?
I would love to make a custom work for you! Just send me a message with all details and I would start working on it.
How can I make an portrait order?
The easiest way to do so would be through Etsy. There, you can choose size and personalization, plus on Etsy, you can pay just by using your card. But at the same time, you have another option: make an order by contacting me.
Do you do other pets?
Yes! I do dog portraits, cat portraits, bunny portraits, horse portraits and more!
What sizes can I choose?
For now I have 5 sizes in stock (4×6 in; 5×7 in; 8×10 in; 9×12 in; 11×14 in). But I always open to work with different requests. You can send me a message with all your desires.
How quickly can you ship? When should I expect to receive my order?
Current processing time is 5-7 business days. Please contact me if you need your art sooner.
Do you have a return policy?
Due to the custom nature of these portraits, sorry but I cannot accept returns, cancellations or refunds.
If your portrait gets damaged in the mail or you are totally unhappy with your order please contact me.
